Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025, shareholders are informed that, a special window is opened only for re-lodgement of transfer deeds, lodged prior to April 1, 2019 and which were rejected/returned/not attended to, due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise.
